By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping / Delivery Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Mongol.coffee

Mongol.coffee supplies MONIN products, Fonte coffee, and related foodservice products mainly to HoReCa and business customers, including cafés, restaurants, hotels, bars, bakeries, offices, and other professional buyers.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology platform for our storefront, customer accounts, checkout, order management, and related services.

2. Eligibility and account use

You may use our website and place orders only if you are legally able to enter into a binding transaction.

If you use our website on behalf of a company, organization, or business, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business and to place orders for it.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete account information;

  • Keeping your account login details secure;

  • All activity under your account;

  • Updating contact, billing, and delivery information when needed.

We may suspend or close an account if we believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Products and product information

We try to provide accurate product names, descriptions, images, prices, sizes, and availability information. However, product information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or differences from actual product packaging.

Product images are for reference only. Actual product packaging, label design, color, batch information, and appearance may vary.

Product descriptions may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

French MONIN product line names such as Le Sirop de MONIN, Le Fruit de MONIN, La Sauce de MONIN, Le Frappé de MONIN, and Le Concentré de MONIN are official product line names and may remain in French.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is not final until we confirm acceptance, stock availability, payment status, and delivery arrangement where applicable.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or adjust an order if:

  • Product information or pricing contains an error;

  • Stock is unavailable;

  • Payment is not received or cannot be verified;

  • Delivery information is incomplete or incorrect;

  • The order appears suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized;

  • The order cannot be fulfilled for operational reasons;

  • The order violates these Terms or applicable law.

If we cancel or adjust an order, we will try to contact you using the email address, phone number, or account information provided with the order.

5. Business customer orders

Our store is intended mainly for business and HoReCa customers.

By placing an order for a company or business, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to place the order;

  • The order information is accurate;

  • The delivery address is suitable for receiving the products;

  • Your business will store and handle the products properly after delivery;

  • Your business is responsible for complying with any applicable foodservice, storage, hygiene, resale, or product-use requirements.

Some customers may have separate approved credit terms, pricing agreements, supply agreements, or other written arrangements with Mongol.coffee. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement, the signed written agreement will prevail.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Mongolian tugrik unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without prior notice.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices may not include delivery fees, handling fees, taxes, duties, or other additional charges.

Payment methods may include:

  • Bank transfer;

  • Invoice-style payment;

  • Online payment methods, if available;

  • Approved credit terms for selected business customers.

For bank transfer or invoice-style payment, your order may not be confirmed or dispatched until payment is received and verified, unless you have approved credit terms with Mongol.coffee.

When making a bank transfer, please include your order number or invoice number in the payment description.

7. Credit terms

Credit terms are available only to customers approved by Mongol.coffee in writing.

If credit terms are approved, the customer must pay invoices by the agreed due date.

Mongol.coffee may suspend further orders, cancel credit terms, require advance payment, or take collection action if payment is overdue.

Approved credit terms may be reviewed, changed, suspended, or cancelled at our discretion.

8. Delivery

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping / Delivery Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and may depend on stock availability, payment confirmation, order cut-off time, delivery area, traffic, weather, public holidays, and other operational factors.

Free delivery in Ulaanbaatar may be available for orders above the applicable threshold, currently 500,000 MNT, subject to our Shipping / Delivery Policy.

Orders below the free delivery threshold may be subject to delivery fees or manual delivery confirmation.

Outside Ulaanbaatar delivery may require separate confirmation.

9. Risk, inspection, and acceptance of goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

You should check:

  • Product name;

  • Quantity;

  • Visible damage;

  • Packaging condition;

  • Missing items;

  • Incorrect items.

Delivery damage, missing items, defective items, or incorrect items must be reported within the period stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

Once products are delivered and accepted, you are responsible for proper storage, handling, and use of the products.

10. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

For food safety and product quality reasons, opened, used, improperly stored, damaged-after-delivery, clearance, special-order, or short-expiry products may not be returnable except where required by law or approved by Mongol.coffee.

11. Customer responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information;

  • Use another person’s or company’s account without permission;

  • Place fraudulent or unauthorized orders;

  • Interfere with the operation or security of our website;

  • Copy, scrape, or misuse website content or product information without permission;

Brand names, product names, and trademarks such as MONIN, Fonte Coffee, and Shopify belong to their respective owners.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides technology and services that support our website, customer accounts, checkout, order management, and related online store functions.

Sales and purchases made through our store are between you and Mongol.coffee LLC, not Shopify.

Shopify is not responsible for products sold by Mongol.coffee, delivery, returns, refunds, customer support, or any dispute between you and Mongol.coffee.

Amounts already due remain payable after suspension or termination.
